The Netherlands
All orders are sent through PostNL shipping service. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please note that busy periods or pandemics can impact shipping times beyond my control.
International
Internationally I’m currently shipping to all EUR1 countries: Belgium, Germany, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden. Please allow 5 business days for processing. International shipping may take longer than domestic shipping. You will receive a tracking link by email. Please note that busy periods or pandemics can impact shipping times beyond my control.

Returns
Of course I hope you love the product as much as I loved making it, but if for some reason you would like to return your product you can request a return of your purchase within 14 days after delivery.
To do so, send an email to vera@pebblesceramicwares.com and clearly state you wish to use your right of withdrawal. Returns are at your own expense and have to be returned within 14 days. Only unused items can be returned. Please carefully package the products for returns and send with a trackable service, as I can not refund returned products that get damaged or lost in shipping.

If you received a wrong or a damaged item, please send an email to vera@pebblesceramicwares.com including your order number and a picture of your order.
